Mike Thompson has been building homes since 1978. He's built over 300 homes throughout the Acadiana region, mostly in the French Country and Traditional Louisiana styles.

Mike and his wife, Cheryl work as a team with home buyers, catering to their unique needs and tastes to create a living experience that combines the pleasures of both modern and traditional living. They are meticulous planners and personally supervise each project.

Mike has been very involved in the home building industry, serving as a leader and pioneer. He is a past president of the Acadian Home Builders Association, was honored as Builder of the Year in 1997 by the Acadian Home Builders Association, is currently serving as Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors of the Louisiana Home Builders Association, is a Certified Graduate Builder by the National Homebuilders Assn. and is a graduate of Tulane Law School.

Cheryl Thompson specializes in interior design, working side-by-side with homebuyers to create a living experience that fits with their furnishings and design tastes. Alongside the homeowner, Cheryl selects interior materials and facilitates the selection of lighting and plumbing fixtures, color schemes and faux finishes. Additionally, Cheryl personally supervises the interior finishing contractors to ensure compliance to design selections and the quality of installation.
